Every day, Wabtec works to make the world a little bit better. Our efforts go beyond charitable contributions and explore ways we can amplify our impact by engaging our team members as volunteers and sharing our Wabtec “know-how.”

Wabtec employees are enthusiastic about making a difference in our communities around the world. 每年, a significant number of our employees lend their voluntary support to programs that positively impact the quality of life within our communities.

Local grants for our communities
One way we connect with our communities is through local grants. Funding should focus on a local community where Wabtec has operations and, 在可能的情况下, incorporate opportunities to engage local Wabtec employees in volunteerism. The Wabtec Foundation will give preference to non-profits that strategically focus on 教育 and the Environment. Organizations where Wabtec employees are currently engaged are also preferred. Grants are awarded only to organizations that do not discriminate based on religion, 种族, gender or sexual orientation.

Donating to causes we care about
Wabtec employees actively donate to causes they care about. 反过来, we match those donations to eligible organizations under the parameters of our employee 匹配的礼物 program.
